Chef Food Co. ("ChefMob," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ChefMob mobile application and website at chief.ink (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ChefMob is an online platform that connects customers with independent shops and delivery riders in Algeria. We provide the technology that enables you to browse shops, place orders, communicate, and arrange delivery. ChefMob is an intermediary marketplace: shops prepare and sell their own products, and riders carry out deliveries. ChefMob is not the seller of the items offered through the Service and does not prepare food.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of a business (for example, as a shop owner), you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

The Service is used by three types of participants. Each agrees to act lawfully and in good faith.
You agree to place genuine orders, provide accurate delivery details, and pay the agreed amount on delivery. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or abusive behavior toward shops or riders may result in suspension.
You are solely responsible for the products you list, their accuracy, quality, safety, legality, and compliance with applicable food-safety and consumer-protection laws. You must honor confirmed orders and the prices you publish.
You agree to deliver orders promptly, handle items with care, comply with traffic and safety laws, and treat customers and shops respectfully.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Service. You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to remove objectionable content and to suspend or terminate users who violate this section, without notice. You can report abusive content or users at support@chief.ink or through the in-app report and block tools. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, which may include removing the content and ejecting the user responsible.
The Service lets you submit content such as chat messages, reviews, shop listings, photos, and profile details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant ChefMob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. We may remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Because orders are paid on delivery, you may decline an order at the point of delivery if it materially differs from what was agreed. Disputes about product quality or fulfillment are primarily between the customer and the shop. ChefMob may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for issuing refunds for items it does not sell. The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Chef Food Co. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (such as maps, push-notification, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that products offered by shops will meet your expectations. ChefMob is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by shops or the conduct of any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chef Food Co. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to ChefMob in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Food Co. and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
